The information on my tag runs off the tag or on to the next tag.

You will need to reset the width and length of the labels.

1. Turn off both the printer and scanner.

2. Turn the printer on first and wait for the window to read “Printer Ready”. At that point, turn on the scanner.

3. Select the NVR Icon and then Printer Setup.

Your scanner will automatically recognize your printer.
