My scanner seems to be running slow.

This program uses mobile service, so make sure your Wi-Fi is turned off. Wi-Fi may turn on automatically when you are near a strong signal and then the two services are competing.

To improve performance, go to Settings on the device (to find device Settings, swipe up on the device screen), turn off Wi-Fi and make sure mobile service is on.
